Won’t provide receipts of ups drop offsI came to return a $900 Arcteryx jacket. Employee said to just drop off the package and someone will scan it three days later. When asked, the employee refused to offer any type of receipt or scan the item.Needless to say, I took the item with me and dropped it off at another ups location where they promptly scanned it and provided a receipt.

Update your hours online. It says here open until 6:30pm on Friday. I thought it might be risky to make it over in the last 30 min of opening, and what do you know? There's a sign on the door saying closed at 6pm. I wasted my time coming here.

Always fast service. Friendly staff. Good street parking. Update: went in today to have some stuff scanned and forwarded. No problem, friendly fast service, good price. Recommend. Update: not UPS store fault, but had to go in to pick up package they said undeliverable as I wasn't home to receive. Liars. Home all day. Not 1st time this has happened. Wont be using UPS anymore

I paid for a mailbox for a year and received my key 4 months before I had to renew again. That's an 8 month delay with no phone call or communication about the box key. Not only was the clerk unsympathetic, he didn't care at all about my customer concerns. Please avoid this place. It's terrible. I won't ever use UPS again.

This is a poor UPS store that fiddled with the price it charged, secretly charging higher prices but downgrading service levels. For example, a five-day delivery package costs $34, but he delivered it in 14 days. It's a bad charge, and it's not just once.

Never answers the phone. Wouldn't give me a tracking number right away (never experienced this before). Never got any email with my tracking info. Had to go back just to make sure my package was actually getting sent. Unreal.

If I could I would have give you 0 star! I am expecting a very important package, UPS came and left a slip at the entrance at the building, without no calling or buzz. I am home and now I have to wait until Monday! Very unprofessional and low customer service and communication. The shop should have known the name and phone of the driver and the driver should have tried later. I will make sure, I will never use ups and this shop service!

I arrived and nobody else was there, so service was instant. I had done an estimate through the website to send a large, 60 lb package from Vancouver to Toronto, and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was about $100 cheaper than anticipated! Staff has always been helpful here and they've never lost any of my packages.

Very disappointing experience. When returning a parcel with prepaid label I asked for an acknowledgement receipt. It was refused with the excuse that the tracking number was enough". I explained this wasn't true since there is no proof the item was dropped off and besides I had always received a receipt from every other UPS Store I had dropped items off to. I took the parcel back and brought it to another UPS Store which promptly with courtesy gave me a receipt. Won't be returning to this one."

I went to drop off a package. The girl told me to leave the package on the shelf and leave. When I asked for a receipt she said that they don't give receipts for drop off and when I asked why she said that's how it is. I left and went to another location who they happily gave me a receipt!
