I went on two visits before buying my truck, first sales person was very aggressive and not nive to work with, priced me a base truck way to expensive and had no desire to work with me or find me what I wanted. The second time Tony L was great ,service very friendly, when buying new, great options and pricing is aggressive, he worked with me in my budget and found me something with almost all the options I wanted for less then the first sales person quoted for there cheapest option. Service department is a bit dull and slow took over an hour for an oil change with an appointment, coffee machine is great loved the double cappuccino! Parts pricing seems high but that's all oems

People are very helpful here. Had trouble with one of our GMC Vehicles purchased at another Chevy dealership. The other dealership did not fix the problem, did not even diagnose the problem correctly. This location went above and beyond to find out exactly what was wrong and tell me what needs to be fixed and the cost.We've since purchased a vehicle from this location and I've had fabulous service and follow-up service. Fabulous service was both from the salesman as well as the service people.

We had a great buying experience with Daniel! From the initial email communication to talking to Daniel in person we immediately felt at ease and never felt pressured. It always felt like he was being honest and direct and never playing games like other dealers do. When we agreed on a on the road" price that is what we paid out the door. (no last minute tricks or surprises like we have experienced in the past) BTW I did a ton of research and they also had the best price!So if you are looking for a vehicle go to NewRoads Chevrolet and ask for Daniel Di Monte."

I called to book an appointment and was advised 1 hour was needed to change a headlight bulb.When I got to the appointment, I was told by Marc it would be about 1 hour (at $150/hr) plus the cost of the bulb. Totalling approximately $180.20 minutes later, I was told by Leanne that it would be 2.5 hours and cost $780 plus tax. I had no problem with the different waiting periods but I really thought it was very unprofessional...as though they really didn't know what they were talking about.Now the price. Hey... it is what it is. Lights have to be in working condition to drive safely so I will pay the bill - albeit reluctantly at $842 (after taxes)!!The problem with this whole situation is that I was charged 2 1/2 hours labor (at $150/hr) when the job took 1 hour and 13 minutes! I was told by Leanne that this was the flat rate for labor needed for headlight change." She mentioned there was a very skilled technician doing the job and that he "luckily" finished earlier. Lucky for who?This is not right at all. We are in the market for a car. Not a chance would I be looking at anything for sale at New Roads 18100 Yonge Street. I have been completely unimpressed with this dealership and will be cancelling the appointment I have for Dec 2 at 0900 hrs."

Allison is your go to person if you're looking for a car!!She made me feel welcome and comfortable since I arrived at the dealership for the first time. Allison, Fernando and Nic took very good care of me through the whole process.I had an amazing experience here and would definitely recommend it.

Fastest, safest place to go to have your vehicle serviced. Service staff is fantastic and knowledgeable regarding your vehicle. Tip of the hat to Leanne who gave up her charger for my phone while I was waiting. Have a GM vehicle? Bring it here!!
