Can't speak highly enough about Wesco. They obviously hire very skilled, customer service oriented staff. Brought them a fairly simple cable repair and expected to be coming back weeks later to it pick up as it was a very small job. They repaired it while I waited (5 minutes) and gave me a very very reasonable quote to replace the same cable in the coming weeks.They did the repair no charge. If I have to choose between them or another company I will definitely choose Wesco. I only wish I was a commercial customer so I could throw more business their way.Thanks for going above and beyond for the little guy"!!!"

A frayed cable from an awning arm required replacement. Awning companies do not repair arms, just replace them @ around $500.00 for the part. Roger asked if I could bring in the damaged part. 2 days later a new crimped replacement cable was ready free of charge! An exact copy of the damaged one. The people at Wesco are tops in customer relations. I would trust them with the big orders, because they are faithful in the little ones.
