Absolutely top notch. Vahn was meticulous, knowledgeable and very professional. He identified issues that we never would have noticed, some of which need correction to avoid longer term problems. He also took the time to educate us as potential home owners on how to handle maintenance and upkeep.In the past I have made offers on homes without an inspection but never again! Also, go for the thermographic scan. It revealed issues that would never be detected with the naked eye. Well worth it!

We hired Vahn to completed a home inspection prior to our 30 Day Tarion Warranty submission. Vahn was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We never would have caught some of the issues if we did not get a home inspection completed. We were complaining to our builder about the upstairs not retaining any heat and freezing cold. They sent an HVAC technician twice, but it wasn't until Vahn inspected our home that we discovered there was no insulation in the attic! He also pointed out issues we would never have known were issues that may have caused us problems down the road. Being new homeowners, he provided helpful tips on maintenance.
