Excellent guidance in the purchase of a new bike, vastly improved my comfort level on rides. Measured my “sit bones” for the correct seat and made sure my bicycle frame was going to be the correct size for ergonomics, utility and comfort. Thanks to all of the gang at Trek Kingston. The service and atmosphere are way ahead of other local bike shops

Absolutely great experience.Easy to find for an out of towner, requiring tire repair ASAP. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable , and accommodating to install new tire/ sealant, and greeted my big Golden Retriever with a bowl of water. The around the lake 890kms was completed! Thanks again

I was attempting to do something that many stores do not like to see people do, put 2 x 29" tires on a DS 8.4 (typically 38x700c) for better off-road traction. Although the sales staff were unsure if it would work they did not attempt to up sell me on a new bike as most places would. Instead they questioned why I felt it would work and upon hearing my answers

I bought my FX 2 disc and some stuffs 2 days ago and I loved it! The staffs are amazing! They are very accommodating. They have toys for kids so your kids will not get bored when you bring them. They even played with my son so that I can concentrate on choosing stuff. I will recommend this shop and I will come back for sure! Good job guys!

Can't speak enough about Trek Kingston. Took my bike in for servicing and was incredibly impressed. They did amazing work & finished the job when they said they would. A really well run bike shop with friendly helpful staff.
