At my last visit, I came in for a consult to assess my hair loss issues.I was highly recommended to see nurse Isabela by a close friend.I had a great overall experience. The visit was very pleasant, informative and I always felt that my best interest was everyone's priority. The clinic was lovely and it was super easy for me to access it from the metro, plus I did not have to wait to be well received and sorted.Thanks you so much guys for your awesome job and especially, kudos for nurse Isabela who was brilliant and reassuring me and guiding me through the next steps!I highly recommend this clinic and staff!

This is the last time I will be going to this clinic. I went for a dermatology consultation with Dr Doumit. First he was late for 40 minutes. Second, he did not even spend 5 minutes with me. Did not properly explain the treatment plan, did not explain the medication, did not do a proper medical history. Basically, he was just in a rush and wrote me a prescription and asked me to come back in 5 weeks. I will not go back. I will seek another Doctor.So basically I paid 225$ for a consultation that lasted 3 minutes. I wish I went to another Dr who took the time and cared enough. The whole thing felt rushed. I would recommend going to another clinic or ask to see another dermatologist. I will never go back there and I regret spending my money in this clinic.

I had fast and really kind service by everyone at this clinic! I went for a hair removal laser treatment and it was great! The results of the treatment were amazing and this was all because of the nurse Lovedeep! She's really sweet. She answers all your questions and helps with any concerns you might have! I definitely recommend this place!

I had a great experience. I already recommended this place to 6 of my friends and they all are very satisfied like me with the treatment. I went there for laser treatment and the results are great. I was so scared when I went first time but my nurse Lovedeep was very helpful and friendly. She explained me the whole process and made me feel comfortable. Service was awesome and quick. I wish I could give 6 start to this place to appreciate their excellent service. The treatment was unbelievably quick and efficient. I called them late evening and they took care of my tooth in next day morning. Dr. Azuelos was really kind and super professional.

I've been going for my allergy treatment for about a year an half.It was great at first but it's been terrible for the last 8 months.Nurses and doctors are a no show for appointments and the staff doesn't bother calling to inform you or to reschedule an appointment. Spend your money elswhere.

Worst client service I ever experienced. The tattoo removal machine brook and the only employee who knew how the machine works left. They've been lying to me for two months saying it will be fix soon but still not up to day. They nevert told me the employee left during this time. This company is not transparent, doesn't call you for follow up and did not refund the total amount I paid when i subscribe for the tattoo removal process. They prefer cash to clients.

Dr.Z is the worst gyno I've ever visited, he looked at me for 10 mins mentioned a medical condition I could have then shrugged his shoulders and left the room without explaining anything. Even another doctor there only knew about one brand/type of IUD and neither seemed much to care, or appreciate that I cared very much about finding the appropriate one for patients as individuals with all different shapes and sizes.

The receptionist has a dual job of booking clients and selling clients to doctors so they make more $$$

Very bad place, first scheduled for treatment they putted a simple consultation... Talked with the specialist during the consultation, fixed another appointment for treatment, no confirmation 24h before, so i called back in the morning to confirm and they couldn't find my appointment and had no time to take me as promise... So i went to another clinic.. I'm ready to bet on how long this private clinic will stay open, they really look like no need for costumers. Bad organization and very bad servicing.
