I used Direct Heat to service my HVAC in my previous home, a townhouse, so naturally I wanted them to come service the A/C units in my new home, a condominium. I was very pleased with how punctual, polite & respectful Kosovar was as he worked on my air conditioning units. He even showed me a few functions I was not aware of that I will definitely use this coming Summer. I would highly recommend Direct Heat for all HVAC &/or Air Conditioning needs.

The technician was courteous and did the job well, but the company did not provide an estimate, and when he was finished, we received a $450 bill for the simple installation of a $60 thermostat. When I asked for a bill that showed details of the part cost, labour time, and cost of labour, the company simply refused to provide these details. They would not tell me what they had charged $450 for. That is a first for me. I've never received an invoice from anyone that wasn't at least broken down into parts and labour, so I won't be returning to Direct Heat as a customer.

A good experience with Direct Heat Ltd. quoting on, and installing, a new heat pump system. Dave and Rob (the two techs who installed the system) were very professional, and they worked very hard at getting the system set-up and running.

Probably the nicest experience I’ve had in a long time with customer satisfaction . Travis was awesome. He took time to explain how to use the system and how to do follow up maintenance. He was very professional, efficient and new his stuff. Would not hesitate to call for my own use and gladly recommend to other clients.

Dave and Rob showed up at 9, their estimated time was between 8 and 10. They were professional and efficient plus they were great around my friendly dog. This company has installed several air conditioning units in my neighbourhood and the good reports were the reason we decided to hire them over their competitors.

The Tech arrived precisely on time and presented with a friendly, professional manner. The nature of the service work was explained before commencement. When the work was finished, our home was left just as he had found it. He also left us with a timeline for future needs.

Great customer service from start to finish. I am new to Cleaning the Ducts/Furnace and they Customer service rep was great at explaining all charges and the procedure. Follow up was great 2 days before the job and Graham (technician) has been super helpful and always available for any questions. Highly recommend using this company!
