My family and I have been bringing our cars to Jorge for over a decade - he’s one of the best mechanics around.Heads up that JRS has just changed ownership and Jorge is no longer here. One of Jorge’s technicians is still there.Definitely hoping the shop can keep up the reputation and rebuild relationships, but there are definite signs that the familiarity has gone fast. All the context with my current car seemed brand new to the front desk guy this morning. Where Jorge knew our kids’ names, the new guy couldn’t find my name in the database earlier this week and didn’t know who I was - it felt like being another number at a dealership instead of seeing a friend. They seem polite, however, and upfront with information.I’m giving the new guys a chance. They definitely have big shoes to fill and I’m hoping they’re up for it.

I was very impressed with the online report they provide! Photos of the car and photos of every issue identified helps me feel comfortable they are honest and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. I was surprised by the final price being lower than I expected (if u can imagine that when dealing with auto repairs!).

These guys are true professionals. Respectful, polite and fast working. Called ahead of time and they got my car in pretty much same day. Had to have my rear shocks replaced. When the shocks they were going to put in were found to be out of stock they managed to find equal quality parts and saved me over 500$ from what I was expecting to pay. Any other shop would have charged me the full amount quoted initially but they chose to be better than that. 5/5 would recommend.

Quick and efficient diagnosis of my vehicle's issue. Great service rates and friendly employees. I spoke most to a gentleman on the phone who was happy to answer all of my questions and got me in to have the car looked at right away! Definitely a go-to shop!

Had my catalytic converter stolen from my car, went to A-Q right away and they did a diagnostic and everything went smoothly. I appreciate the person working there trying to get me the best price and finding me solutions which were very helpful. I will be coming back.

This spot used to seem like a good deal under old management. I had an oil change (synthetic oil), air filter change and cabin air filter change on their recommendation. $174 in labor and $212 in Parts. +/-$100 in labor just to replace the the cabin air filter, which they had apparently already removed to look at seems like an overcharge, it shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to replace. There were also several other recommended items that I chose not to have completed. I won't be going back. Otherwise, they were punctual and got the work done quickly.

Awesome, honest service. They want to help you get your vehicle fixed but will also make sure it is at the best price possible. Really great customer service (in particular their front desk rep Evan, he is great!) And they send you an online detailed report about your vehicle that is easy to understand.Would recommend to anyone.

I went to this place because they had 5 stars on Google… but let me say it was very misleading to say the least. I came in for an AC recharge, to which they told me they could not perform because of all the issues with my vehicle. After the inspection I was quoted 3K for an entire replacement and installation if I wanted my AC fixed. The next weekend I brought my car to a mechanic in the NE and he performed the recharge on it and said there were no signs of leakage and my compressor was working perfectly fine. I feel as though this business thought I would pay the first quote because I’m a young woman? After I took it somewhere else I only played $190 and my AC was fixed. The customer service from JRS was great but I didn’t appreciate the misleading quote and service suggestion.
