Registered the wrong branch, asked for refund right away got rejected. There is still two months to the registered camp. I was offered to transfer the credit to supplies or other classes. How many supplies I need to buy in $450 dollars? Also the one near my city was closed down which I did not know at the beginning. Now that I have to drive more than 25km everyday to the camp? And there is still two months to the camp periods, I have no clue that why they are not able to refund the amount.

I am shocked that they called this customer service. They had an issue with their fire kiln and informed us that when pieces were ready they would let us know. We did not receive any sort of notification so 19 days later decided to follow up. By that time they had already disposed of the mugs that my five and seven-year-old made. When we contacted them with our dissatisfaction, their reply was “we followed policy” It took them over 30 days to show any sort of empathy towards the situation at all. We get contant emails stating there are promotions and to bring our friends and family there but they won’t provide any sort of goodwill for the situation.

Such a cute little studio with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend trying one of the projects even if you have no experience whatsoever. They have little ipads set up so you can follow along the videos and go at your own pace, and ask for as much or as little help as you need from the staff.

My daughter had the best 10th birthday celebration here! Our party leader was sweet and patient with the kids. Highly recommend for parties!!!! Only wish they’d allow food (pizza, sandwiches) of some sort to complete the party:) Although we were happy to end the art session with cake.

What a lovely place! Book early because this place fills up so fast and is always so busy. There is a lot of parking which is nice.Having been to this location and the Steveston one, this one is better. It's always clean and the staff are really friendly! Yoojin and Natalie are so welcoming and understanding. There were a couple of times when I had workshops booked at the Steveston one, but when we arrived, it was closed! We called this location, and they were willing to accommodate us :) The Steveston location feels a bit disorganized.-1 star because there's no drop ins. Makes sense since they don't have enough seats to accommodate them. Also, the floors are a worksafe hazard. I've seen a few people and staff trip on them since they are coming up. They do try to warn people about it, but they should get that fixed.

Having been to both the Main St and Richmond location, I highly recommend the Richmond location. Both offer the same projects and fun vibe, but the Richmond studio has a lot more space and parking. It felt (much) less crowded and we also felt less time pressure. Outside of that, the experience was very consistent (same materials, size of workstation), although we had slightly better access to more tools here (like turntables).The staff member working was super friendly and helpful and we had a great time!I did notice that both studios had some issues with where to put coats, so maybe wear something less bulky.EDIT** we’ve been here multiple times now and especially love when Yoojin is working. She’s so friendly and patient and puts so much care into her work!
