Love this store, walked in at 8:58pm and the lady there was willing to help me even though it was closing time. Always like this store.

Wonderful store! There is a shelter for cats built in too along with a dog bathing station! My only complaint is the middle aged woman who I think is the manager. She is there most of the times I go there....She isn't very friendly and you can tell she isn't much of a people person". She watches me around the store and makes me feel uncomfortable.."

They were very helpful and answered all my questions and tried to make sure I was accommodated. They seemed to care more about my needs than I did which was a refreshing experience

I love going to this store! The staff are all very pleasant to talk to and will do the best they can to help you find what you and your pet are looking for. Sometimes the prices are a bit much, but they always have some really great clearance sales that go on if you're a sale person like me. I love their Performatrin lines of pet food. My cats have been on it for years. Great quality food for your pets and won't break the bank account in the process. They also have a dog wash that obly costs $10 inclusive. And this pet valu is great for doing charity events that benefit the community of Wallaceburg and not other cities. In our town keeping it local is everything, so I love that they keep it local.

Staff were friendly, Loved seeing our dogs as well. They even gave us some treats to take home!
