You are nothing more than a vehicle they use to access and pilfer from your policy. Watch them perform every repair, all invoices and payments need to go through the home owner first so you can approve everything and ensure it is to your satisfaction. If you find problems after good luck, warranties are difficult to collect on and are very vague. Deficient work being done to coverup the source of the problem isn’t the solution. Sub-trades and other contractors are in on things too. The only person there to help you after a loss is yourself! ALL payments should be made to you and your bank if you have a mortgage. NEVER to just the restoration company, by doing so they ensure you never see what you’re actually paying for and there is zero transparency. This goes for ALL restoration firms!
