Stopped in from the highway for a quick tea. Super friendly staff. I think Regan? Maybe ? Anyways just super appreciate the staff here and highly recommend this starbucks(:

The staff are always great and super friendly but the past two times I have came through the drive thru. My drink has not been made properly :( I ask for extra caramel drizzle and they put none in, just a little frustrating when I’m paying about $8 for a drink

Location is quaint and clean. The drive-through is always usually pretty quick.However the reason for my post is due to the knowledge of the staff. I had asked a rather obscure menu question and the supervisor Jess were able to provide me with answers to all my questions and provide additional information on the product for me.

Abby and the team were amazing !!I had a really emotional day today and asked them to write an inspirational quote on my cup!! I was in tears by the drive-thru window !!Thank you so much for making a pregnant momma happier !!

Terrible customer service. It's nowhere written on the menu that you need to pay extra for a drink without ice. Still, they made us pay. Then my friend asked for a separate cup of ice, and they made us pay for that as well. The customer representative slammed the window and made a face (CCTV can prove it). It was half a cup of ice ( a few cubes melted, obviously) for $1.50.

Reagan and the team she works with is absolutely lovely. When correcting a minor error, she was super friendly and accommodating. I'll return solely on how she treated me. Keep up the great work girl!
