Wanted to give very positive shout out to all the staff in the Langford branch, there was an issue with supplying my drills I ordered on their recent opening day but they made up for my minor inconvenience by supplying me with an extra battery and charger. Am much obliged and will certainly be shopping there more!Many thx for opening up here in the lower Island :)

It's pretty good place to get tools. Much better than the local Canadian Tire or Lowes. Know what you want before walking in though. I'd put it on equal footing with KMS Tools, but they save me the drive.
