I've been a long time customer of Merle Norman Fredericton (3ish years) and the service is always fantastic! The manicures in particular are very well done and the results are always what I expect :)Lulu and her entire team are super flexible, friendly, and welcomeing. Totally recommend Merle Norman if you're looking for individual services or a mini spa day!

The place was very dirty, there was nails all over the floor. the service is very stiff and not welcoming, there is no small talk with the Esthetician even tough I tried. not a good experience at allAn answer to your comment:I have a few points to make.1. I don't know what is floow up.2. I just went over your reviews and there are a lot of bad ones.And apparently all of them never came to your spa and wasn't on you costumer list.All of these reviews are fake?

Lulu is the sweetest, she always does my eyebrows yo perfection, i get them waxed and tinted once every 4-6 weeks and I wouldn’t see anyone else!

It’s a really good experience for me. My nails technician did a very good job. The color she recommended was perfect and made my hands brighten. I have made an eyelashes extension set appointment of hers.

I am so disappointed with the outcome of the eyebrow wax I received here. They trimmed them so short that there are huge gaps showing the skin and bald spots in my eyebrows. I am forced to fill in with makeup which looks very artificial and will come off during any physical activity. I will not return or recommend to anyone.

Lulu made such beautiful nails for me, I think it‘s the best spa in fredericton. Lulu is a friendly lady, we talked a lot, the room is quiet and clean. Seriously, I checked all the reviews before I came here, and the real situation is better than all the reviews, it is worth your try. I love it here and will come back often.

Lulu and her team at Merle Norman are exceptional! The attention to detail, cleanliness and overall lovely experience at the salon is incomparable. Highly recommend, I have been back several times and wouldn't go anywhere else in Fredericton!
