E-M Air Systems Inc

E-M Air installed my A/C unit in a new build construction and within less than 4 years its no longer working (along with other A/C units in the neighboring properties). I tried to hire E-M Air to fix it, but said they don't service them. I've called two dozen other companies and no one else knows HOW to service this particular model - they all say to call E-M Air. What kind of company will install a product but won't service them?

My overall experience with E-M Air has been a perfect 10 out 10. From dealing with Dennis, the advisor who initially handled my request, to the outstanding professionalism and attention to detail by Joseph and his partner Jamshid, who installed my furnace, I was impressed. I know for sure I will specifically ask for Joseph to complete any installations on my future custom home, and all my rental properties going forward. It’s very comforting to know there are tradesmen who take pride in getting things done right even though it may take extra time to do so. Bravo!

I had a new home build with the HVAC system done by these guys, the only thing I'm thankful for is that they didn't install the AC, just a massively undersized furnace and a completely botched duct job. Despite being cheap, you're still not getting what you paid for.

Our hotwater tank was installed by E- M Air systems. We did not have how water from Sept 2nd to Sept 5th. Left a message and received a call from Allan Wizman. Allan was ver professional and understanding of out situation and could not have the warranty information on our Hotwater Tank since we owned it. He went out of the way to email some of the companies that they dealt with to find out if out tank had service warranty and wrote to me confirming the details of our service warranty and placed a service call with the company that provides service on our behalf. The service technician arrived at our house at 9.30 PM on Sept 6th and was very determined to fix our tank properly and ensured that we had hotwater. He left our house at 1.30 AM on Sept 7th after he was satisfied that we had hot water and we will not have any future issues with our tank going forward. I was so impressed witnessing such a wonderful team work and partnership between E-M Air Systems, Allan Wizman and their service technicians. Thank you so much Allan for being so customer focussed and going out of your way to help us.

I would like to say how professional and courtesy both our Salesperson Barry and the Installers were when we moved into a new built home in Millbrook this past summer in the middle of our hottest days. We did not have AC installed and the day we moved in we could hardly breathe in the house. We called and they were there the next day for us. When the installation was complete it turns out the unit had a leak however Barry was on it right away and they stayed until another unit was delivered and installed for us and made sure everything was working and the house was cooling. We would like to say thank you and we appreciate what you did for us that day.

I was all ready to buy a $3,000 air conditioner from this company but after reading all the unsatisfactory posts and complaints, there is no way I would ever buy something from these guys. I just got a quote and was a little concerned as the price seemed to be too good to be true. Now I know why. Wow. All these guys do is make excuses for their problems and blame warranty issues and the like for their problems. Based on what people have written, I would run away from this company as fast as possible. The others may be a little more expensive but they don't have a 2" Google rating.For all those guys who post

Called this company for two AC installation on a duplex, but they are not the ones doing the installation. They have subcontractors doing it for them and in my case they were Total shoe makers". They did not even carry the basic tools

My thermostat and heating at my new home (just moved in a week ago) is not working. It's showing house temperature of 52 and 62 degrees when I had set it at 72 a week ago. I've called EM Air regarding this emergency but phone just cuts off. Why is there not an emergency response for such an important issue?

They are terrible! If you see Vista Credit with E-M Air Systems on the agreement as the service provider for your water heater, do not expect them to take any ownership of repairing or servicing. In fact they try to tell you it is basically not worth their time to come do a repair. Very disappointed and have to now find another provider to complete the repair work. As a previous reviewer has said, they put their hands up and say it is not their problem. Ridiculous.

These guys installed furnace in our home in mount hope! Cachet is the builder and furnace has been a problem since day one! Today being the coldest day and we can’t even get heat in the house. They have no emergency contact service. Number provided never answers. To answer the owner, I have called numerous times! We have a toddler in the house
