It was that time of year again for us again, we usually clean the carpet ourselves with a rented machine but this year we decided to try a professional instead. With that being said, I'll never go back to renting a machine again! I have a toddler and dog so you can imagine how bad my carpets were. Shad did an AMAZING job. He was so kind and humble.
