1310 Archibald Apartments

We have been living here for almost 2 months. We love the quiet and pet friendly living!!! Besides the administration is always attentive and great!

Love living here! Very clean and organized as far as repairs etc. Ana was amazing and responds to emails and questions right away ! It’s like a community here and people that live here care about each other. Dog park and so many places to take my dog for a walk. The storage units downstairs is spotless The building is kept in excellent condition! A very well run property. Ana is exceptional at her job and I feel lucky to have her here taking care of anything that comes up!

Honestly, the best apartment I've ever had. The staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and handle any issues like maintenance promptly. The building is gorgeous with lots of great perks, and best of all they allow pets!

We were apprehensive about moving into 1310 Archibald four months ago, as we hadn't lived in an apartment since the 1970's. The building is extremely well maintained, and everyone is very friendly. Ana and Orval are to be commended for their excellent management! Our unit is quiet, and all services are easily accessible. Our golden doodle Charlie has been well received also. Can't compare with other apartments, but this one would be hard to beat!

One of my favourite places I’ve ever lived. Spacious and modern suites. Very clean hallways and foyers. Amazing, helpful and friendly staff - Ana and Orville are the best. Mostly friendly neighbours! Soundproof units which was great. Very pet friendly and even has an outdoor dog run where I’d let my two dogs run around. Overall, Niakwa Place was a great home.

The building is always clean and maintained. Maintenance requests are done within 24-48 hours it’s crazy how fast things get taken care of! Love that the building is pet friendly my toddler enjoys seeing different dogs around every day. Ana is so so sweet and accommodating. Right from the day I met her for viewing a suite she has been fantastic. She answers emails very fast like literally a couple minutes after I send it, she replies. Orval is wonderful as well. Love living here!

I moved in almost 3 months ago and am so happy I did! The commute to work is great and the apartment block is kept clean, has huge balconies, a gym, a lovely community room and is pet friendly! There is a lovely outside garden area and a separate, large dog run - Thorwin really puts the friendly in pet friendly! What I also really enjoy is the sense of community in the building - it feels like a small town in the best way! You are also close to superstore and can be downtown in 15 min! There is also a wonderful and scenic bike/walking path along Fermor. Happy to call 1310 Archibald my home!

I lived in 2021 and this was the best apartment I have ever lived.All the stuff is pretty clean and well-organized. The management team promptly responded to me and dealt with issues. Ana is a reliable and kind person to deal with. And neighbors were all friendly and kind people. In retrospect, this apartment was wonderful.

This apartment block is clean, has wide balconies, 3 gyms, a community room and allows small dogs! It is also close to superstore and great, scenic bike paths in and around and under Fermor. (like this review if you found it helpful)
