Calgary's Best Vinyl Decks & Aluminum Rails

We hired Landon and his crew to install railings and vinyl on our deck. We are disappointed in the results of the job. But even more disappointed that after two summers he still hasn't remedied the problems with shoddy workmanship as shown in these photos and he no longer answers our communications. The 10 year warrantee is worthless. We're sorry we hired him.Update: Dec...2 years after the installation, in spite of Landon's promise and excuses (see below)he still didn't get here in the fall or the previous falls and the issues still exist. Now there is a layer of snow covering the deck. Worst contractor experience I've ever had. His response sounds credible, but he never showed up and followed through. It's been more than a year.

Highly recommended. I was initially looking for a small deck repair. Landon and AJ made an onsite visit and were more than happy to do the job but after a brie discussion convinced me to re-cover the entire deck. Further discussion led to a new 'topless' railing and new roof. They were very accommodating to our requirements.

When I initially submitted a request for an estimate on their website, Chad (Sales Manager) contacted me within about 2 minutes. I was surprised how quick he called, considering it was during the evening. We checked out several other companies, but decided on Calgary's Best Decks. We were very glad we did. Their price was reasonable, Chad answered all my questions, they completed the work on time, did quality work, and all of their staff was super friendly. One of the owners followed up with me by phone afterwards to make sure we were happy with the work. We are very pleased with our new vinyl deck .. Although Calgary's Best Vinyl Decks are new to the Kelowna, area , they are starting off on the right foot. This company has been the absolute best I have hired over the years for various jobs at my home. I hired them to redo my vinyl decking and posts on my 17 year old deck. Right from the start they were completely professional, up front and clear about the costs and always on time. My deck also had a landing and stairs down that were built after the fact by a previous owner with poor workmanship and did not hold up with the deck built by the original builder. Roger and Landon fixed this side of things up with sturdy new materials and made it as good or better than the rest of the deck and also made the landing and stairs completely blend in by finding identical matching soffit and fascia I was blown away. They also handled powder coating my stair railing to refresh it and match it to the new posts. I always received calls with what was happening next and when the job would be complete and they finished on time every time. All the staff they sent over were friendly and professional. Will refer or recommend to anyone 100%.

Landon and AJ came highly recommended by our neighbour so we hired them re-do our deck with new rails, glass panels, and a new vinyl deck surface. We also had them replace the soffits and fascia under the deck, and fix a drain that wasn't connected to anything.The job just got finished and looks fantastic. These men satisfied a hard to satisfy customer. I will recommend them without hesitation.
