I was both fortunate and unfortunate enough to had been referred to Crosstown by a coworker after two collisions in my vehicle. It was written off in the long run, but the staff at Crosstown made what was a stressful situation that much less stressful. I'm very grateful that I decided to go with their shop.If (God forbid) I ever need auto body work done on my new vehicle, this is where I'll be going.

If you need a body shop, this is definitely the place to go! The service was amazing, the staff go above and beyond to help you out. I've been to other body shops for my vehicles in the past and will never go anywhere else because of how well I was treated and the fantastic job that Harry did was incredible! Everyday I look at my car and can't believe how good it looks, looks like it just came out of the showroom. I've told everyone I know, if you need your car fixed go to Crosstown Auto Body because you sure won't be disappointed.

My Lexus NX 200t was rear ended. Neil at Crosstown Auto Body was able to give me a quote quickly and had my car fixed quickly and efficiently with brand new genuine Lexus parts.

Worst experience I have had with a body shop! Communication was lacking, causing many issues between the mechanical repair department, body shop, and insurance company. Auto body shop made mistakes that led to multiple problems. Seems the staff and management didn't care, requiring me to need to contact insurance, the service center and body shop on multiple occasions. I expected better!The manager miscommunicated to me that they needed the car for two days to diagnose problem. On the same day another employee told insurance that the car repair was complete.Insurance won't pay for additional two days because the body shop made the mistake (makes sense). The manager at body shop refused to cover two days! Manager Not taking accountability for his mistake!

9 years ago my neighbor hit my parked 3 week old van while texting and driving. I got a couple quotes to repair the damage. I mistakenly went with crosstown. I wish I went with a company who guarantees their work. 9 years later and the repair they have done has rusted out. I understand its 9 years later but the rust started to show almost 3 years after the repairs and it's the only place that has rust. I informed them of the rust and was told they dont warranty more than a year. The sliding door panel should have been replaced not repaired. I wish I would've done more research when getting my repair done and went with a company who guarantees their work for longer. I dont like giving negative reviews, but everyday I watch the rust damage get worse so I have regrets about using this company for repairs.

Had my truck stolen and when it was recovered, my insurance company recommended crosstown auto body. Glad they did, my truck came back looking good as new. They assisted my wife dealing with the insurance process, as I was out of town, and repaired about $7,000 in damage in a short amount of time making it look like brand new.

Shopped around to get a peeling door repainted and they had the best price ($1,800), picked the truck up several days later and noticed the door hadnt been repainted only repaired. I was happy with the work as is but it wasnt what was quoted so they knocked off $850 ($1,000 would have gotten you 5 stars John lol), was a little extra hassle but of the 4 body shops I've used in my life I would still recommend Crosstown as the best. Staff was great too.
