My experience with Hzad has been pretty bad. I expected a simulated test experience with their practice tests but realized the practice material was on a Google drive which was not what I was looking for or expecting. It may help others but honestly for me it was disappointing. I reached out to their team to process my refund within 5 minutes of my purchase but didn't hear back from their end although they are a ''24 hour open'' company as per Google? Not sure if they actually live up to their no questions asked money-back guarantee" after all.EDIT: Okay

I was struggling with getting the desired score in CELPIP. I did 10hours one to one CELPIP learning sessions with Sabrina and it helped me to pass the exam with flying colors.I would like to say thanks to HZAD Education and especially to Sabrina for helping me out. She is so kind and incredible person.
