I don't usually write reviews however, I felt that because of the experience we had with Modern Granite that it warranted one. We were introduced to our sales person Jenny. Immediately upon meeting with Jenny, we felt at ease and that we came to the right place. Throughout the reno process of our counter tops for the entire house, Jenny went above and beyond to ensure that what we were completely satisfied with our choice. From taking us out to the entire expansive warehouse of counters to choose from, to introducing us to other staff both on the cutting room floor to design in the office. It truly felt like we were going to be looked after. Jenny did not disappoint us ! She was a nice surprise, funny and very easy to work with ! From Keith who came to measure the counters, to both the installers, Derek and Kasey who installed them, the entire project went without any issue's. Where there could have been issue's, Jenny resolved them even before I pointed it out. I can't state enough good things about Jenny and Modern Granite and I would have no hesitation to refer her and the team to anyone looking to do either new installs or renovations to their existing home. Tasteful.I looked through all: Pinterest, big DIY-reno stores, Ikea, private luxury stone stores, whole sales stores in the city. Not to be hoity-toity, but only here at the MGM, I found the perfect raw mineral slabs I can see in my own kitchen.They had such a large selection that I was able to look through for few hours and narrow them down until picking out just the one I wanted.Their in-house installation, polishing and final coating services were precise and very accommodating to my wishes.I have a very specific vision and expectations, so it was refreshing to find a company that could deliver what I can happily have the final look though and not find a thing to pick on: a relief of tension really.So, if you have very specific taste and see that it's worth it to have it done perfect the first time, just go here and see Elaine. She'll hook you up with what you seek.

I would highly recommend Modern Granite & Marble!! I just purchased a home and wanted to add a backsplash lip to my bathroom counters....they made it soooo easy. Elaine was a gem to deal with on the phone and Cesar was very professional and did an excellent job on the install !!! I don't hesitate to give them a 5-star review. Leanne

We bought our quartz counter tops from Jenny at Modern Granite and it was the only part of our Reno that went without a hitch! From them sourcing our hard to find Cambria Annika to dealing with countless measurements changes, they were great to deal with and had the best price out of anywhere I checked. The install team was just as awesome as our salesperson Jenny! Would recommend to anyone and am going back to them when I need bathroomCountertops

We had Modern Granite fabricate and install new counters in our kitchen and two bathrooms. They were just installed (Nov 29) and they look absolutely stunning!Elaine provided us with excellent service from start to finish! She was a pleasure to deal with, answering our many questions and guiding us when we asked her to. :)The installers were great also! We highly recommend Modern Granite. They were professional from start to finish and our new quartz kitchen countertops are beautiful. Elaine gave us great design advice in selecting our product and she was excellent to work with throughout the process. She even called with a follow up after installation to make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy that we chose Modern Granite for our project.

We have been dealing with Modern Granite for many years now as we have renovated our house and garden. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and would highly suggest asking for Jenny. She is a wonderful person to work with as she is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Jenny has always followed up after the install to ensure that we were happy with the work.

I just wanted to share how much I appreciated Jenny's help with my past project and now my current one. She was very instrumental from start to finish. I was unsure of what I was looking for exactly. After visiting several custom counter places we went to Modern granite and had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with Elaine.Elaine LISTENS! She was able to read through our confusion and key in on our style and showed us a stone we fell in love with. Elaine is very knowledgeable and was able to calm any of our concerns.The installation team was just as professional and were great to deal with. We had an excessively large piece of stone and they were so careful, they were also just a great team of people to chat with.
