I’ve been here many times and always found the staff to be friendly and helpful; today I went in to find a walker for my dad and Toni was exceptional in helping me finding me one. Although the discussion was initially about a sale, Toni was quick to change course when she realized that my dad’s rapidly deteriorating condition would likely render him unable to use a walker in a matter of weeks. She instead suggested I rent one, and offered that I call back at whichever point in time I may require a wheelchair instead. I appreciate Toni’s patience and understanding in answering all my questions and helping me find the best product under the best terms. I especially appreciate her commitment to meet our ongoing needs in the future. I highly recommend Regency and Toni in particular to anyone seeking mobility devices.

The owner and employees at Regency medical supplies make this this best medical supply store anywhere in the Vancouver area. However far away you are, it's worth the trip if you need real help getting set up in the best way whether you're injury is new or old. Highly recommend this business to anyway that needs any medical supplies. They didn't respond in their chat, but when I called they answered right away, and the chat malfunction is not a reflection of the level of professionalism and kindness they achieve at Regency Medical supplies. Sold out of face masks. Will not get shipment for one month. Also sold out of hand sanitizer and other types of disinfecting wipes. Google maps does not show the short cut to the back of the store which has an enterance too. Address is 4440 Norfolk .

The staff here are super friendly, helpful and really know their stuff... Especially Eric! Thanks again for helping me pick out a proper fitting knee brace for my wonky knee cap. I even got to test drive" it around the store and up and down the stairs. Wish I came to see you sooner :)"

I get injured a lot doing random stuff and I became good friends with Eric who works here. No matter how often he sees me, he treats me like if it was my first wound. He helps me to find which splint supports me the best considering my line of work. He helps to measure my wrist to find the perfect size for me. He’s also always considerate when putting the splint on me. He’s always there to tell you what you could do to save money.... The list goes on and on. Anyways, Eric is your man if you need any medical supplies.

great experience coming here straight from urgent primary care. they were able to easily identify the bandages we were told to stock up on for the next bit. i appreciate their friendly service, we hopefully won’t be back again : )

When I arrived I was greeted by staff to help me with what I was looking for. I was able to try on product and leave with what I wanted in a short amount of time.

After long time working on the computer, I was experiencing wrist pain. My friend took me to Regency to see if they have anything would be suitable for me. They store is big and with wide selections, for COVID season, only 4 people is allowed to go in at the same time, they also checked temperature and register all the visitors as well, made me feel very safe to go in. We met their sales Eric who was very professional, after listening carefully about my problem, he provided different choices of items also helped analyzed pros and cons of each item to help me select. Thumbs up! If you do need any medical supplies, strongly recommend you to go there!

Great first impression. My dad was looking for a lower body support product. We were assisted shortly upon entering. Was able to try on the product before purchasing. Many medical type of supplies here. Some items are non exchangeable due to hygienic reason. Parking in front & rear of store.
