The PUSH team is simply the BEST at providing pre and post natal care! I recommend every expecting mom / new mom to complete their workshops and work with their practitioners, you won’t regret it! I took the prenatal classes when I was expecting my first baby and thank god I did, as I felt more ready to tackle labour, delivery and the first few post-partum weeks which we all know are quite tough. I also worked with their amazing nurse who helped me with breastfeeding and dealing with engorged breasts.I went back for help with my baby’s feeding as I was introducing solids and got wonderful tips to manage his fussiness and fun ways to expose him to food. Honestly, the service is amazing, their team really cares about their clients and are always available for questions. If you are looking for pre/post natal care that is evidenced based and compassionate, you will definitely find that at PUSH <3

PUSH Mama Care played a pivotal role in my pregnancy, and I could not be more grateful! The prenatal course was so incredible and valuable, especially as a new mom who had no idea what to expect. The information was delivered in an inclusive and thorough way, completely free of judgment. I also was able to utilize the one-on-one services with Brady and Rebecca, both of whom were really knowledgeable and supportive. I had the best experience with PUSH’s dietician Bradie. She’s been accompanying me in my postpartum journey since having my baby last year and she is phenomenal. She goes above and beyond to understand what is important to you and adapts her approach as she goes to best fit your needs. I would highly recommend working with her!

My husband and I just finished the childbirth preparation course. We are very happy with the content provided and the knowledge acquired. Thanks to Rebecca, I feel much more equipped to have a birthing experience with confidence and less anxiety now. I highly recommend!
