Great experience! Most guys who start shopping for a wedding ring don't usually know much about diamonds. We learn more as we start shopping and get a better understanding of the quality/price of diamonds.I stumbled by chance on lab diamonds (had no idea what it was). The more I learned about it, the more appealing it seemed to me. The problem was that I didn't know anyone in the field and most of the people around me strongly recommended I go with a vendor that had solid referrals.Much like lab diamonds, I found Polar Lab Diamonds online by chance and met with Nabil a few times. Despite my initial reservations due to not knowing much about him, he quickly gained my trust by being transparent, honest and felt like he genuinely wanted the best for me.To anyone that doesn't know someone who directly bought from Nabil, I would strongly recommend you meet him at least once. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and customer service from Hani and Mona, for my custom engagement ring. They were helpful and patient with my requests for modifications at each iteration. They gained my confidence when the stones i chose didn't meet the standard expected , and helped me choose a better stone. They even delivered the ring personally to my house through a blizzard!!
