These pey are awesome except twice on Saturday 's I have checked it said closed at 5 and got there before 4:30 both times and it was closed

Do NOT use this place. My mom went to send some money and she explicitly gave the country and yet the rep didn't enter the country. My mom found this mistake after the receiver went to pick up the money unsuccessfully 5 times, my mom checked back with the rep 4 times in person to which the rep was rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Tired of this she asked for a refund with a customer service rep over the phone but when she went to pick up the refund the original rep screwed up and refused to give her a refund.My mom even asked for a manager to which the rep said: I'm alone.Don't waste your time or your money here. Awful service. Clearly the rep doesn't care about the service she provides or Money Mart's reputation.Buyer beware.

Excellent Service. They are quick and prompt and the staff is very knowledgeable before I could explain they knew what i am there for.Keep it up!!

Worst customer service i have ever received anywhere especially this close to Christmas staff to lazy to do there job

The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. I live in Newton but travel to this location because they (the staff) will do everything in their power to help you and have always been honest and transparent. Thumbs up
