Contacted bestsports Saturday and at first was disappointed they were not open Covid-19...but nonetheless was speaking with a lady that explained the online store and was very helpful. The initial call was for an item I thought I wanted, but her knowledge led me to another product, but she said she would check stock onnthr initial inquiry and call me back. Honestly, i thought I would never hear from her again. A few hours later I was very happy to take her callWe went over more options, and it was quite obvious she wasn't there to take my money, but to genuinely help and make sure I was purchasing the right product for my son. We made the purchase Saturday and was told I could pick up Tuesday...and that's exactly what happened. The man onsite brought the items to my car, and also spent a few minutes discussing the purchase and possible options for training. Having zero knowledge of these things, I appreciated all the help that Asma and Jag shared. These are both people that are passionate and knowledgeable. Well done.Please give these people an opportunity to serve you. I felt like I was a part of their world that they love, and not just some random customer off the street that needs to be brushed off quickly after the sale.

The service here is amazing! I sent a message over the holidays with some questions. I expected a response in the new year but they got back to me the same day (they were closed). Not only was my initial question answered, but they answered questions I didn't know I even had! When the product arrived (super fast) I opened it to find my purchase as well as some handwraps and a jump rope thrown in for good measure. My gloves are great, fit perfectly and appear to be of high quality. Would shop here again in a heartbeat!
