I would try anywhere else. They don't want to help customers in any way shape or form.

We run a large facility at the port and require thousands of jars. We've been ordering them from Richards since 2018 but we will go elsewhere.Why??Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!I need to order [again]10 skids of 750ml Handi Grip Jars and have been trying to order them from Richards for the past week!No prices online. No online ordering. You have to leave a message and hope someone will get back to you, at some point ... if ever.Nobody ever answers the phone so you leave a message and, again, hope that someone is going to get back to you.This is crazy to me. Company wide we literally spend hundreds of thousands of dollars/year on these things and would like to streamline with one supplier but Richardson's business model is so incredibly frustrating that we are going out of our way for a less conveniently sourced product.Who runs this company???Update today 11/08/22:Yesterday I ordered $23,800.92 in jars from Uline.Easy online ordering. No fuss or frustration and we just received them right @ 08:00.

Always great service, margarita makes it very easy to get bottles and customers service is 100%

I hope they update their website. It shows they close at 4 but they close at 3:45
