We bought a new RDX from Brian at Campus Acura yesterday. What a great experience it was from start to finish. Being Acura owners for nearly twelve years we know that its the only way to go. When we pop back for a service we are always greeted like old friends. Customer care there is is second to none.

Had an all around fantastic experience at Campus Acura. My family has been going there for years. I went in last week with my dad while he was getting his ILX serviced. I was looking around the Dealership and ended up buying an Acura RDX and couldn't be happier. The whole team there is super friendly. Eddie Lee is fantastic! He took the time to show me several car and suv models, explain all the features, and answer all my questions. He's knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and has a great sense of humour. Gord Neave helped me through the deal signing process and made it easy for a first time buyer. James Clark at the service department is great too. He'll always make sure your car is in top shape and keeps my family's Acura's in top condition. The whole Acura team is amazing.The best car buying experience I could ask for. I highly recommend it. Over the past 10-15 years I’ve bought and serviced cars at local Porsche, BMW, Audi, and Acura dealers. Hands down Campus Acura has been the best to deal with, especially their service department. James and Jeff are knowledgeable and great to deal with. A+

On January 28, 2023 I made my way to several dealerships to determine which vehicle I would purchase from my shortlist. I visited Honda first, Acura was next...and I didn't even bother going to the last one on my list? Why? Because Acura has a superior product coupled with amazing service. I purchased the Acura RDX and it feels like total luxury. Working with Leonardo Pardos was about the most fun I have had during a sales process. Leo was newer" to the dealership and I was blown away by his knowledge

I had a great experience buying a new vehicle. Brian, Nick and Gord are knowledgeable, and courteous. They made the process smooth and easy. It was a pleasure working with them. All car dealerships could learn a lot from how these guys carry out business.

Really disappointed. I purchased a Nissan Titan from the sister company Campus Nissan and the dealer said they would repair a faulty key lock on the rear side compartment. After a week the dealer scheduled an appointment for 11:00 am and the work would be done at the neighbouring Campus Acura and ready by 1:00. I live 45 minutes North and felt it was best to just wait for the work to be done rather than drop the truck and come back at the end of the day as it would only be a couple hours max. Unfortunately, the technician couldn't get the job done in a timely manner and after 4 hours and 15 minutes of me waiting in the lobby, the job got done. I am not naive enough to think that the tech was working on the lock for this whole time as there was probably an hour for lunch and some little jobs in between (as this wasn't a money maker for them). But because I couldn't go anywhere I just was really disappointed that they didn't put much effort into getting the job done even knowing that the owner was waiting to use their vehicle and was sitting in the lobby. James at the desk was kind enough to say multiple time thanks for your patience" but truthfully I had no other option... you have my vehicle and I can't go home. I feel bad for writing a poor review but Campus you can do better."

Eddie Lee was our salesman. He was so helpful and spent a lot of time with us explaining all the features of our new car. He's a first rate guy! Thank you, Eddie!
