The service was great. Gave me a call to tell me when to expect him. Put shoes covers on his outdoor shoes. Went through all the rooms, indoor and out, looking for indications of mice. Showed me where they were coming in and out, as well as potential locations for entry. Educated me about mice and their habits. Set up traps at a few locations. Told me what I should do to stop them from coming in.

Our service technician Jibin Odathakkal Joseph is always professional, courteous, and informative during the debriefings at the end of the inspection.
