Andrew and his team made some repairs to my composite deck and significant repairs to the steps and railings from my deck. They were focused and worked efficiently and always cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was polite, friendly and Andrew clearly communicated with me before, during and after the job. A pleasure to work with this excellent team.

From start to finish, Espace Unik is an outstanding operation. Andrew and his team of hardworking professionals dismantled and removed my old deck, and built me the deck of my dreams: 12'x24' feet of gorgeous cedar, with a pergola and under-deck storage. They even stained/protected it. They're skilled, efficient, tidy, and super nice guys. My job came in on time and on budget - exactly what I hoped and expected. I highly recommend Espace Unik!

If your looking for a beautiful magazine worthy deck…look no further!What an amazing company!After looking around for a good deck company to design and build a deck around my above ground pool and house I found Espace Unik. They are VERY knowledgeable helps us by designing a beautiful deck. After a few discussions we finally settled with a beautiful large deck with a double latch back gate that opens up when we’re in the pool. From beginning to end they were with us all the ways. Plans were detailed and there was no Issues getting the permit. Estimate was accurate and they we’re able to work with our budget. Communication was A++ any questions or concerns were quickly and promptly answered and explained. After the deck was installed , about a week later, there was a problem with the gate. When I expressed my concerns they were at my house in less than an hour!!! This is a company that I would HIGHLY recommend!!! This is the kind of company we need to keep around and support! Espace Unik designed and built a pool-side deck for us early on this summer. We are extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them!Andrew and the team were very professional, reliable (were there on time on the planned date), thorough (provided relevant suggestions and counsel), pleasant and knowledgeable. They worked hard to make our project happen.A few days ago, I reached out the team at Unik because an adjustment needed to be made. Not only was there no debating, but Andrew was there 20 MINUTES LATER to fix everything. Talk about great customer service!

Andrew and his team are amazing. We had them last year for our basement renovation. It was a great experience from the beginning to the end so this year we decided to work with them again for our kitchen renovation. Again, we couldn't be happier :) Our neighbor came to see our project and liked what he saw and also went with Espace Unik for his reno project. I have to say the team is very organized, experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, on top of having a very reasonable price. Can't wait to do our next project with them again.
