The reviews are true, the employees here don't want to work. 6 months ago the employees were attentive but now, I highly recommend contacting Freedom via online chat prior to you visit because the employees on site don't want to work, the first response when you ask for something is: we don't have that anymore, or I don't think so. So be prepared or go to another franchise. Not all of the employees have the same knowledge about the plans and options available so, depending of the person helping you, it might take a while.

Do you ever answer your phone?I'm thinking not.Nevermind not being honest with me when I was in the store, now not answering your phone!!You obviously don't want the business.I've been with Freedom for years now but I'm definitely going to seek a new provider. Terrible, terrible company, customer service, and incapable of doing your job.

Eliza was such a sweetheart and was dealing with a lot of rude customers back to back and still helped me upgrade my phone in less than 20 mins even after I expected a wait. 10/10 for Eliza, she also had very nice eyebrows!

This is a terrible store with horrible customer service!! No one ever answers the phone and when I went in to buy a new phone and was told to wait and stop talking so he could finish his conversation with his friend on the store phone so no wonder why I couldn't get through. They are rude and no help, they never have any of the new phone models either so save yourself time and do not go to the Argyle location!!

Just horrible service. I went yesterday to replace a SIM card because I got a new phone that needed a nano sized card. Long story short he made me jump through hoops, then told me he needed the primary client's ID to replace my card. So I drag my elderly mother with a damaged hip out of the car so she can flash her ID for no good reason(I had both phones with me). If she'd fallen in the store there would have been a lawsuit.

And I'll get up I turned it over because it still wasn't working you never did work with clothes in it and there was bungee cords holding it together You're in so much trouble I'm on O DSP and I have a limited income and you took it from me Till next time That will be with the police and the registered complaint with the Better Business Bureau unless you care to make this right and give me my money back
