Prime Time Messenger Inc

When I arrive brought the paper work I had into the office and was told to hold onto it and bring the tank in. They had a delivery truck parked in front of loading door trying to boost it. The path just inside the man door was partially blocked with boxes, a truck battery and a hand cart. No help with the door and had to move there stuff to be able to bring the tank in. Once I had the tank inside the employee in a very loud and aggressive tone told me I had the wrong paperwork and he will not except it next time. He continued with his aggressive tone telling me I need to fill out the proper paper work and tell my office next time. Could the other employee not of said told me all of this before I unloaded the tank and brought it inside? (In a respectful tone)I don’t appreciate being talked down to by anyone let alone someone who can seem you organize the business he is running. If you have removed a rental hot water tank that belongs to Reliance take it back to any place but here!!! If I could rate this business as a 1/4 star I would.
