This place and the wonderful staff have been consistently amazing!!Their contracted groomer is absolutely hands down the best I’ve found. Patient, calm, caring, professional, effective team at this place. I would give 10 stars if I could.

It's not every day that someone goes out of their way to help us solve a problem and exhibits kindness, excellent communication and absolute support. The customer service I experienced today at Bosley's in Ladysmith was exactly like that.

My dog has suffered with allergies for 5 years. The vets sold me their 'hypoallergenic' food ( he wouldn't eat it), and prescribed Apoquel, in increasing doses, from pill to suggesting injections. My dog still suffered. I was so frustrated. Tried sprays, wraps, and finally I resorted to the 'cone'. He was licking/chewing his feet till bloody raw. Then I met Jennifer, an employee at Bosley's. she took the time to explain to me about single ingredient foods, we found one in the same brand he was already eating (I noticed a change within 3 days!), AND she told me about a simple hair follicle/ saliva test that could help pinpoint the trigger ingredients. While they don't sell it there (they should!), she told me where I could get it. It costs less than a vet visit! It identifies over 300 food and environmental triggers to pet allergies. I now have hope that my dog will enjoy his life much more comfortably, and so will I!!

Went in the other day and I was happy with my experience. Staff we're helpful and attentive, and parking was easy. I'd recommend it as a go-to pet store for the area.

After having a bad experience here before with a now ex-employee I'm happy to report that I received exceptional customer service today from Jennifer. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond what was required of her. I really appreciated her friendly service. Don't let the bad reviews turn you away. Keep up the good work Jennifer! Took pup in for a bath at Ladysmith Bosley’s today. Best place for a bath… so easy, clean, and cheap! Best service ever! Thank-you Jen

I was left disappointed at the Ladysmith Bosleys.I have a 4 month old puppy. I normally by two bags as they do not make a large one.The Nanaimo branch offers a discount if you buy two bags.When asked the girl in Ladysmith told me Yah Right and walked away. Very Rude!!!This about 430 pm yesterday.Very discouraged.It was not the new girl and in the past my experience has been good.

AWESOME!Nice big store, well stocked. Attentive staff.LOTS of parking available!The only Bosley's between Victoria and Nanaimo!
