The entire staff here is very friendly, welcoming and informative. They make my 11 year old daughter feel very comfortable. They take the time to explain everything - not only to me but to her as well. Highly recommend them for your orthodontic needs.

Our daughter was assigned to Dr Parete. The treatment started and got to a point where tooth extraction was highly recommended (no other alternatives were given) to make some space for some adult teeth growing in. We decided to get some another opinions and found that extraction was an option but not mandatory. Safe to say we switched to another orthodontist and it has worked out well. Feel free to get a 2nd opinion if you feel the treatment plan is not agreeable for you. Staff and facilities were top notch so no issues there.

The staff and doctors at Tolmie Orthodontics are amazing! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they take the time to answer questions. They make every effort possible to make sure treatment is progressing as expected. Their schedule is flexible as well and are always able to see my daughter fairly quickly whenever there’s an issue like a popped off bracket. I would definitely recommend Tolmie Orthodontics to anyone considering orthodontic treatment!

What a great office! Both of my children have seen Dr. Tolmie and his wonderful staff for their orthodontics and I’m so pleased with the results! The team works so well together from the friendly reception staff to the knowledgeable hygienists and assistants. Our family highly recommends Tolmie Orthodontics. We are almost at the end of one set of braces and beginning another set. When speaking with Dr. Tolmie, we felt comfortable with the treatment plan that he put together. He gave us options and left the decision as to what we would like to do moving forward. He is surrounded by excellent staff. The kind and knowledgeable orthodontic dental hygienists are like teeth artists. They make the uncomfortable wire tightening process more bearable. At this point, only the patient is allowed into the office. A kind staff member comes to your vehicle with questions then you are escorted inside. After the appointment, you are brought back to your vehicle with an update for the grownup. After the appointment, email communication is sent from the hygienist encouraging the parent to reach out if there is a question. The 5-star rating is easy to give.

Tolmie Orthodontics' new office space is beautiful! It is bright, modern and very smoothly run. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr Parete always takes the time to patiently answer all our questions. Our son is at the beginning of his orthodontic journey, but Tolmie Orthodontics and Dr Parete, have already shown me that I've made the right choice in choosing them for my son's smile!

This place is a 10/10. The staff are all so nice and welcoming. Everything down to the last detail was taken care of. Lots of good communication and organized as well. Almost every appointment there was a very short wait time. I had my braces done here and the whole process went very smoothly. Dr. Tolmie will make sure that you will be happy with your beautiful smile. Even if your teeth seem to be ready for the braces to come off, he will not second guess and keep them on a little longer just to be sure for the permanent good results :)

Dr Parete is great. The front desk staff however need to be addressed for their poor attitudes and lack of respect when calling/talking to patients as they walk in. The way the woman with an accent speaks to people is unacceptable. She clearly hates her job and should probably find something that better suits her instead of taking it out on her coworkers (yes, we’ve witnessed your eye rolling and snide remarks under your breath while waiting) and the patients that come into the office.
