Amazing customer service. My boyfriend got me a pair of 1914's for my birthday but the sizing was a bit off (my feet are a women's 8 1/2 and he got me a size 9). Doc's don't do half sizes, so a size 8 was what I thought I needed. Turns out I was wrong! 8 1/2 translates to size 7 in the unisex styles. Go figure! It's hard to be certain of sizing when you can't try the boots on in store, but Rosanna knows the product well enough to reccommend the right fit depending on the style. She quickly and efficiently got me the right pair of boots for curbside pickup, and she was so sweet and personable. I will definitely be back!

The staff was so nice and helpful. I wasn’t sure which shoes I wanted and they’ve helped me narrow it down to a pair.Also I was seeking socks to go with them and they gave me recommendations outside (I’m new to the city). The sole of my Chelsea boots is broken after just over a year. The warranty only covers up to a year of normal wear-and-tear. Disappointing. I do not recommend this product to anybody. They're expensive and clearly they do not stand by their product.

The sales staff could have been more helpful. They did help me get different sizes. I had asked a staff’s opinion on the boots and they responded saying they look at them everyday. They didn’t have my size in the black standard unisex boots which surprised me. I assumed that would be a popular item so they would keep them in stock.

I just came out of two other shoe stores on Queen street before deciding to go to this Dr. Martens store. Especially compared to the previous stores, the staff here is bliss. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and kind, even when I came in 10 minutes before closing. I had my eye on sandals for a long time already, now in sale, but it was really the kindness and helpfulness of the staff that made me happy to finally purchase them! I had the most pleasant experience with one of the sales associates whose name I don’t know, but she was the lovely Black lady with the British accent!She was so genuine, honest, smart, and seemed to really care!She really left us in good hands and made sure we left satisfied!We felt we made a good purchase because of her.So thank you to her!

Bought a pair of Jadon boots after convincing myself it was worth the cost because they would last. Second wear and the toe peeled. They said they would not accept as a warranty claim. DON'T waste your money on these.

!My wife deserves the best!.After battling through different websites to find the color and the correct size, I finally got a flashing insight, go to the source where you can find all the models, colors and sizes of Dr. Martens.Once there I was welcomed by the most charming Lady and her team who gave me the best help and advise that you can obtain when chosing a Christmas present for your wife. I also rediscovered the pleasant sensations of calmly viewing all the models at the same time same place and specially enjoyed the different textures of leather, was a pleasant experience and the manager made it even better. This is the place where you want to go and purchase those special gifts to your beloved ones.
