Application Process was awful!-Huge waste of time!

Unfortunately over the past year Cockroaches have overtaken a large portion of the building. Other tenants have also mentioned they are struggling with bed bugs. If you rent here make sure you add and sign an amendment to your lease to leave without penalty if your unit is infested without losing your last months rent.

Those terrible reviews are not true. My grandson has been living 100 Ridout St and no such things. No cockroach , building is very clean and well maintained.

Ridout Towers is a terrible place to live. The building managers are never in the office, if you submit work orders they ignore them. They forget to cash cheques and then bill you for the amount over and over even after you've talked to them. There is constantly work being done, sometimes they let you know ahead of time, sometimes they don't. They asked us to leave our apartment for the day because somebody was coming to spray for pests. We did, nobody came so they asked us to leave again the next day. We did, nobody came. Nobody ever came and there are ants and little black bugs everywhere. Also, the elevators take a really long time to come, I've waited almost ten minutes before. Just do yourself a favour and stay away! Also, the other review from Mitch? He's one of the building managers. Yeah.
