I wouldn't give this dump 1 star. I had purchased during the special 4 wella hair dyes at 20% off. The color was not at all what I was expecting so I went to EXCHANGE the remaining 3. Straight exchange should be very simple. The STORE MANAGER tells me I have to pay a difference which made no sense to me cause I was exchanging the thing just different color and they were the same price. Her rationale made ZERO sense. Went to a different location and told the store manager about it and she was in shock and said I shouldn't have been charged anything additional. Just ridiculous.

To be told a promotion starts the next day, And to show up the next day only to be the promo has yet to start is incredibly rude and disrespectful of people's time. No apology offered, no attempt to remedy their own error. Total lack of customer service.

Staff is nice and all but the a product quality is questionable I had to do 1 exchange and 1 refund because tge product I was trying to buy ended up being dollar store quality. I did get a full refund and the staff was nice about it. But I'm never buying product from here again. I can find better products for reduced prices at winners across the street. I really question the integrity of the store if they knowingly sell such bad products.

I wouldn’t even give a 1star but had to to write this review very bad customer service bought a trimmer here paid 250 for was cutting clients went back to tell them her reply was sorry we don’t do refunds on clippers I don’t want refund I wanted a working clippers so yes I paid 250.00 dollars for a clipper that doesn’t work so will never be back and don’t recommend buying anything here

Store representatives are always helpful and attentive. I don’t usually do a ton of shopping here as cosmo prof has better pricing however the store hours are convenient as well as their location. There is a lot of parking available. I also really like that it can be a one stop shop for all your hair needs. Be cautious of what volume your mixing with their colour lines and do your research or speak to a professional first but in general their store is great.

I do not recommend buying ANYTHING from this store! They lie about prices and have goods that are not in good condition! About 2 months ago I went to the Sally Beauty on St. Laurent. In front of the products were placed labels with the prices, which turn out to be much higher when you go to the cash register to pay. They apologized for being in the process of organizing the store and therefore failed to set the right prices.This week, after almost two months passed since my last visit, I found myself in the same situation - when I went to the cash register to pay, the prices were higher than on their labels. Probably the owner of the store together with the cashier explained the same as two months ago that they are now in the process of organizing and in addition to customer dissatisfaction in their store they said that the negative reviews to their store did not matter to them! Either you pay the increased price at the checkout or leave their store!From now on I will choose another chain of beauty products stores, but never theirs again!In addition, this chain of stores discriminates the people from Quebec, because if your phone number is start with 514 and you try to open their website, it does not work on the mobile device if you have registered your phone in Quebec. When I asked in the store why their website does not open on the phone, they explained that it cannot be opened if your phone is from Quebec. I couldn't believe how such a thing could happen! And why can't it open on a mobile device if you're from Quebec ?! Ridiculous!!!

I always find the products I need here (which are only sold at Sally Beauty by the way). The prices are fair and they always have some kind of promotion going on. I've met some really nice and helpful staff here who take care of the time to explain things and help me choose the right product. Every now and then I'll run into the bitter ones who roll their eyes at customers and can't be bothered, but most of the time I get the polite staff.

It has been impossible to connect with this store. I checked the web site but the number does not receive calls. I would like to buy tint and I have been hours trying to understand this web site. I downloaded the app and when I trying to put pick up at the store it say that there is not a store in the area. I have a store in 1091St Laurent and the telephone does not work!
