Quick, friendly, and professional. Our heat pumps were installed the other day and we love them. The installers seemed very competent and we were confident in their work. I think we got a good deal too, but I'm not sure. We did call another company at the same time as Greenfoot, so we could compare. Our heat pumps are now installed and the other company still hasn't shown up to give us a quote.

Sal and Danny installed a new heat pump for us today (a Samsung Windfree 2.0 made in Thailand, we were looking for something *not* made in China) - they were very friendly and efficient, hard-working guys who showed up on time and made a minimal mess! :-) This is our 2nd heat pump from Greenfoot, our Daikin unit has proved problematic but Greenfoot has been very good about service calls.

Bruce Dean (Moncton) and Mike Martin (SJ) installed our Panasonic heat pumps today. They left no mess behind. Bruce explained how to use the remote. They were both exceptionally professional and personable. It takes great employees to make a great company. Great people! Great company! Great job! Thank you!

Had 4 heat pumps installed in our home and can not say enough about the experience. The crew that did the installation were amazing. They were punctual, friendly, and efficient. They didn’t leave our home until we were confident on how to operate the systems. They even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend Greenfoot!

Excellent service.Tyler S, Sean S. and Dalton E. were wonderful. They were efficient, respectful and very friendly. They cleaned up upon finishing the attic insulation. Highly recommend this team and they were very polite on top of the quality service they provided. They worked well as a teamand I noticed how cooperative they were with each other - offering to help.Thanks again guys.

The whole process was well organized, efficient and timely. Dan was really helpful during the initial quote phase and answered all our questions. Josh & Mike did a great job with the installation and kept us informed as they went. So far so good with the units themselves, looking forward to seeing them in action over the winter.
