Notre Dame High School

The schools really not all that bad. I still have another year to attend, and so far I’m enjoying it compared to my jr high experiences.

I attended 3 years in this high-school and I've never seen fantastic and kind ,humble teacher like Mr, Donald gym class I will not forget how he was supporting me. Mr, Bedier my social teacher, Mr, Durante are the best too. but also there are some teachers here n very racist tho.

2007 Alumni, great school, teachers, and safe place. Back then

moderate normal school, but like many other high schools it did not have a fair share of resources for all programs available. Football is at the top of the hierarchy and other things like fine arts, english, social and film were undermined. . . . experience for three years was good but wouldn't wanna go back again.

My last year here and its gone great so far. Lots of programs for kids to enjoy and the mood is spirited and uplifting. Staffs are super nice and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

As a parent of 2 graduates I can state with certainty that this is a great school. Excellent leadership and teachers. Facilities have recently been improved allowing for a greater variety of courses (there were far fewer options a few years ago). Both my kids had a great experience and were excited about most of their classes.Edit: End of Nov 2022. My youngest graduated in June 2022. The school hasn't yet produced the yearbook nor have they produced the Honours certificate. Over 5 months now. Very, very disappointed with the lack of planning, motivation, vision and drive. Hire better support staff and GET ON IT. Lost 2 stars from my review for being so lazy and frankly somewhat incompetent. Not serving your students is inexcusable.

Some reviews write negatively about their complaints which, from my experience at least, isn't true. I like the atmosphere and the layout of the school. Furthermore the staff are all friendly and ready to help.

If I could pee peacefully without the bathroom stalls unlocking because of how unreliable the locks are I would have given this a higher rating, o wait- no I wouldn’t, not if textor, stelmack and parsons continue teaching at this school. Textor and stelmack are racist and overall bigoted people. And parsons should not be allowed to teach 10-1 science as he did not properly teach biology and just expected us to learn it ourselves and we did not do well as a class in that unit because of this

To bad the teachers don’t teach kids manners. One class out for a walk around storm pond. Completely blocking both sides of path. Making older folks walk along the grass. Both teachers and Students need a serious reality check on Respect and Manners. Male gym teachers shouldn't be calling girls fat and slow while running. I also just saw male student knock over a woman walking a dog. He tripped got up and didn't even bother looking back

Quite a questionable school some people are nice others are rude and wanna be gangsters not gonna lie, great selection of classes for electives which is great overall pretty nice school.
