I’ve known professionally Keegan for over 5 years. We’ve worked together in multiple roles and he has excelled at every one. I always try to get a session in with him whenever I’m in Victoria and he does a FANTASTIC job training both my parents.Being a great trainer is way more than being fit and strong. Keegan is a great communicator. He asks great questions and listens, he explains exercises and programming choices so you know WHY you’re doing something. I knew I needed a personal trainer to turn my fitness around. I was pretty apprehensive before starting as I've never been that fit. Keegan has been welcoming, friendly, and professional. I always feel like I've had a solid workout. I have shoulder mobility issues, and he's using his degree and experience to help me overcome them. He keeps introducing new exercises to me to keep it interesting. Highly recommend.

Keegan is excellent to deal with as a personal trainer. He is super supportive and has definitely pushed me outside my comfort zone but in a “nice” way. The gym hadn’t historically been my “thing” but after several sessions with Keegan I became more confident in myself and in my abilities and now am a regular gym user, thanks to his guidance and advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Keegan to any of my friends or family members.

I’ve been training with Keegan for over a year. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He understands my goals and ensures I succeed in reaching them. Keegan is excellent at correcting form to ensure proper muscle engagement and safety. Each workout is fun and I am amazed at the variety of exercises he incorporates in workouts. I recently injured myself and Keegan adjusted my training to ensure proper healing without strain. He adapted exercises to support the healing process that ensured a complete recovery. I tend to push myself and have learned to rely on Keegan to improve my fitness level without going beyond what is safe. I can honestly say that I highly recommend Keegan. He has helped me improve my fitness level and it shows in my posture, my energy level and my daily activities.

Keegan is a great personal trainer. Positive energy, always pleasant and very encouraging when I wasn’t sure I could take it to the next level. I started my training with Keegan a few years ago. He also trained my 2 teenagers as they were playing sports in high school. Keegan helped me to stay focused on what my goals were. Our sessions were always enjoyable and never boring. He provided me with workouts that I easily could do at any gym especially when travelling which kept me on my program. Keegan helped me feel comfortable about working out in the gym and emphasized the importance of proper form to get the most from my workout and prevent injury.

I have know Keegan as a trainer for 5 years when he provided weight training and fitness introduction to my 14 year old son and myself. This initial experience was very useful, fun and and generally very rich. My son and i have continued gym and fitness training as a result. My son recently completed a further series of one on one personal training with Keegan. Throughout the years, Keegan has assisted in a variety of consultations to ensure our ongoing safety, and continual growth. He is always available for us. It is like an ongoing contract to personal success. Keegan is committed to the success of each of his clients. Keegan has superior body mechanic and fitness knowledge whether it is resistance training, rehabilitation and/or general fitness. Most significantly, he has extremely well developed coaching skills, interpersonal and communication abilities.
