Crusty's Laval
My trip to the Montreal airport was long, but I was looking for a good place to eat, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere of a chill place. Then I found Crust's Laval, and all I can say is wow. The service was great, wait times weren't too long, and the food was exceptional! Especially the chicken wings, just thinking about them makes me want to go back! Definitely recommend!

Place was empty, thought I’d give it a chance. Worst food in the Universe. I had the “Philly cheese steak”. It was just horrible. The gravy for the fries was lumpy and cold. I can’t overstate how horrible the entire experience was. I felt ZERO welcome. Oh, and NO AC!!!

Came here after seeing the hype on instagram. The girl at the cash was super sweet and welcoming. We usually eat out a lot, but food here is DISGUSTING. Ordered the crusty’s burger, soggy, nor warm or cold, burger is so oily, the buns were drenched into oil. No special sauce, mayonnaise is overloaded in a beef burger. Chicken burger was drenched in mayonnaise sauce as well. The worst part is the MAC N CHEESE, i don’t know what they did but, it was so sour, NOT EDIBLE AT ALL. We asked the cashier if it was normal that is was this sour, she replied yes. This mac n cheese was sure crusty as heck. It’s better to call it mac n sour, as if they poured vinegar in it. The macaroni itself was all broken smashed appart as if we were eating some kind of porridge soup. NEVER coming back again.

The fried chicken was mediocre, maybe not as crunchy and flavourful as I would of liked. There is definitely a lot of chicken in there which adds a punch of protein, just not enough breading which is what fried chicken is about. Both type of fries (regular and curly) were really good. Could definitely add more variety of sauces and different flavours of fried chicken, such as spicy. Nonetheless, thank you for the experience! It was fantastic

quite disappointed, i wanted to love the food. the photos look amazing on uber eats and social media but the food looks nothing like it. the fries were good but the chicken wings were burnt and bland, the mac and cheese tasted like plain macaroni with no cheese sauce and the honey mustard burger was soggy and drenched in sauce, with one small chicken tender between two oily buns

There was a big hype going around for Crusty's and I've been waiting months to go. Finally I had the chance recently and here is what I have to say. Very easy to find parking seeing it's located in the Mega Centre Notre-Dame.The decor inside is so beautiful, stylish . Wall art so well done, absolutely loved it . Friendly staff also.I went over the menu and knew what I wanted from the get go cause I had everything saved from Instagram.We had 1 beef burger with fried mozzarella, the bun was dipped in cheese sauce and cheese doritos, chicken burger wrapped in lettuce, fries, a drink and a plate of fries, mac&cheese, fried chicken drizzled in sauces . We waited about 15-20 minutes for our food which is reasonable.I was not a fan of the bun dipped in cheese and doritos, the flavor is so empowering I couldn't taste the rest of the burger, if youre a big cheese fan then this burger is for youthe mac&cheese fries fried chicken combo was what I was looking forward to the most and it was cold. The chicken was not fresh and I could taste it. I went in excited and left feeling kinda disappointedI would go back but I would take something else to try

I gotta hand it to the marketing team for Crusty's. They sure know how to sell to their customers online and in person. On paper, this place looks and sounds amazing; The atmosphere and vibes were impecable, and the music was just right!However, when it comes to their actual food, I can't recommend this place. My friends and I came here a couple weeks ago and it was an experience we wish to never have again.The fries were way too salty, not one person in the group wanted more than a couple of them and left us with sour faces.The mac n cheese was a puddle of goop that was barely edible and gave my friends food poisoning from the looks of it, as it took them several days to about a week to recover from it.The chicken tenders were decent but nothing to write home about. They were honestly bland, and hot/steamy to the point where I think they just microwaved it. If it wasn't for the honey mustard dip that I got with it, it was not that good.Overall, I'd say avoid the place. Maybe try the Montreal location as it might be better.
