They are the worst of worst Starbucks I have ever gone to.Poor service, bad smell in restaurant, a cup of cold tap water for $1.00. Drinks are more expensive than other Starbucks.

This is not a normal Starbucks. Drinks are way more expensive and they are not part of the Starbucks rewards program.I bought a cup which I had been looking for at the store to get my drink in, they charged me 40-something dollars. I bought a grande (which they didn't have any cups for but I asked them to put it in the grande cup I just bought) Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken espresso (which tasted slightly weird), and it was $10. My husband got a venti drink which must have been insanely priced because my total ended up being $74.The shop inside was small but fine, but there is another Starbucks literally 2 blocks away. Go to it instead.

Sooo cheap they don’t even let the public use the bathroom. I hate companies like this that make tons of money from the community yet are so cheap they don’t even let the public use the bathroom. Question : if they’re this cheap with the bathroom how cheap do you think they are with the quality of their food ?!? Places like this disgust me

Requested for a cup of water for our pet and had to pay 85 cents. Would have been nice if it was free especially on a hot day. I am sure Starbucks can afford that. I asked Jamie" if this was the official policy and she confirmed. And this is after I had bought a coffee. Shame

Extremely Dirty, The floor is Disgusting, wet and dirty floor, tables, EVERYTHING, they yell and talk Hindi to eachother but ignor the customers, service isawful, its so dirty that you do not believe you are in an American wellknown chain, dont know what else to say, for the first time in a long time went to TimHortons

They couldn’t make a caramel macchiato properly, the first tasted like a latte, when I asked for it to be remade I watched more closely, they put vanilla, caramel drizzle, espresso and then poured the steamed milk. They’re the most expensive in the area as well. I now go down to the Starbucks at the bottom of the hill for better service and cheaper prices.
