I had a good experience at this place...lady there is so professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend anyone that is doing their finger prints to go to this place. Btw...she worked so fast..in less than 20mins and you are out of that place.

I rarely leave reviews, but my terrible experience with this business could not go ignored. I called about 5 different businesses to get quotes for fingerprints. This place quoted $55 which was higher than other places, but since the location was convenient, I decided to go for it. When I arrived Roman was yelling at a client who was there to pick up a report and was in an obvious hurry. When it was my turn, I sat in the office for several minutes while Roman worked on another computer tending to another matter. I told him that I had a flight to catch and was a bit pressed for time so I offered to begin the application form while he carried on with what he was doing. Finally when everything was completed he told me to pay $75. I was confused because this was significantly higher than the $55 they had quoted me and also higher than ALL other quotes I had received. I told him that I had called yesterday and was told it would cost $55. He said his partner was working yesterday and he made 2 failed attempts to reach him. Next he called a woman from a neighbouring office into the office, who came in and insulted me, noting that that was the price and that I likely misunderstood. She continued to insult me and yell at me and could not be reasoned with. In the meantime Roman decided to delete the application before I could decide how to proceed. I decided to go elsewhere. Even though I had to tackle terrible snowy weather and spend more of my time, I was happy to walk out of the office because their service is atrocious and they have no respect for any of their clients. If you are thinking about coming here, do yourself a favour and go to another location to get your fingerprints done. You will probably avoid an insulting and frustrating experience and also will probably pay much less.

Bad experience. I called on Monday. Got a voicemail with hours of operation and instructions to come in with 2 pieces of ID. Showed up Tuesday, sign or the door said appointment only. Called the same number, got the same voicemail. Went inside, there was a post-it on the door that said Lunch - Be Back 1:20". So I went and sat in my car for 20 minutes. There was a girl in the car beside me just sitting there from the time I got there. I started calling at 1:20

Very respectful lady employee. 1 star less: prices too high. 50CAD for just physical fingerprints, and cash only was requested. Had to come back to pay.

Amazing experience at the Scarborough location on 06/27.. very warm, cordial and helpful technician (forgetting the name).. she explained to us in detail with patience on what needed to be done for our Clearance certificates. Also, is very competitive in terms of price as against some of the other shops doing the same thing

Worst service ever. I walked in and ask him very politely that i needed a police check. This guy yelled at me and was extremely rude. He told me to my face to get out when I asked him for a simple police check. When I was explaining my situation, instead of listening, he rudely tells me that he knew how to do his own job and wasn't going to give me a police check and that I had no right to be there. He was being incredibly difficult for no reason. I never thought such people existed in Toronto. No one has a right to yell or tell you to get out when you haven't said anything inflammatory in any way, shape, or form.

Great service but they charge almost double than other location.

Very fast and reliable service, got my RCMP PCC less than a week.

When I arrived the woman was yelling on a client. I was told $55 on the phone and I end up paying $75 for the same service and got yelled from the lady for nothing. This is how they treat customers. First of all I am not the same person you are talking about? I am a Canadian National and I was certainly NOT looking for a U.S. visa or to immigrate to U.S. or to write a letter to the lawyer? Secondly both persons working in the office I believe related to each other and attitude is very rude and unprofessional. I have dealt with both Man and a Woman, both are very non professional with a ridiculous behavior and don't know how to deal with customers or even talk to them. You keep illegally copies of people's id's for 2 years for what reason? On top of that charging high prices for very low and poor service.I urge all the readers here to please DO NOT go to this place at all. There are so many professional business offices out there for finger prints and for back ground checks.Thanks.
