Toronto Paintball & Airsoft Store

First experience was great. Second was not. Ordered in stock items and received an order confirmation same day. After 2 weeks and several attempts to reach out to Jeff, I was informed it was out of stock and I’d have to pay more once it was back in stock. When asked if original price (which was a confirmed order) could be honoured, I was ignored. I regret spending any money at this store. Jeff didn’t even have the decency to call me. I received text messages instead, even though another employee at the store said I would receive a phone call. Seems like a cowardly way to deal with things.

Wow usually I don't rag on businesses especially in the COVID era to give them the benefit of the doubt but this company either has terrible customer service, they're scamming people, or they're not in business any more.I placed an order online and it's now weeks after the expected shipping date and aside from the order confirmation email I haven't heard a peep about it. I've politely emailed many times and tried calling repeatedly over several weeks and had zero response.I'm not sure if they're in still in business or not, but if they ARE I'd suggest steering clear of buying anything in their online store at the very least since there's no way to get in touch with anyone there. Plus in my case it looks like they just took my money and split and now I have to try and claw it back through the payment processor since I can't even talk to anyone about it.UPDATE: Received my order after repeated attempts to reach seller though Paypal resolution process, but never received any communication from the seller whatsoever other than a tracking number. No sorry" or explanation or message or anything

Ordered a PE Etha 2 and a Dye LT-R hopper from their website. Gotta give a huge shoutout to Trevor for his awesome customer service. He assured me that my order was being shipped out as soon as possible when there was a slight delay, and he even sent me a text with my tracking number once it did. Will be ordering from here again in the future. Thank you Trevor and Jeff.

Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the airsoft product I was inquiring about. He spoke very openly and honestly about the different products and options out there, for what I was trying to get. He also answered all of my questions very clearly and concisely. He didn't have what I was looking for in stock but was able to put me on a waiting list for contact later. Hope to come back when what I'm looking for is in stock. Also Daphne, their Bernese Mountain Dog is a sweetheart, she might distract you from all the cool products in the store!

Jeff is no longer working there. He was very hopeful and honest about what he was selling. Very sad to see Jeff leave. The new owner doesn't know what he has in stock. I don't recommend this place.

Jeff spent a great deal of time with us and went over everything in great detail (I haven't played paintball in like 12 years). He didn't upsell me on anything, actually quite the opposite for some items. I left and compared prices online that night before returning to purchase and am very happy with the experience overall. I would recommend 5/5.Thanks Jeff, I'll be back.

All said and done. It was a good evperience and I got a great paintball marker

The owner was very friendly and knowledgable about all things Airsoft and had a good selection of equipment.He was truthful about what is just for show and what is practical and he spent a lot of time answering all questions we had.The owner’s St. Bernard dog is also adorable and friendly
