Very friendly, helpful staff, and large selection of products! I've been to many shops before but this one takes the cake. I was able to find what I was looking for easily.

Awful store. I would not recommend it at all. Once we opened the package on the product we could clearly tell it was used. There were scratches all over it; it had taken a beating for sure. There wasn't even any paperwork/instructions with it. We took it back no more than 1 hour later. The store manger tried to say that we used it and that they don't do refunds. She was very condescending and clearly had no people skills. Eventually we got our money back on a gift card. Apart from spending our gift card we will never return to this store and I caution you as well to be careful purchasing from this store.

I've been once, the guy working the counter was great. He greeted me when I came in and asked if he could help me with anything, I told him I wanted to look around for a bit and he still was courteous. I browsed around for quite awhile and picked out a few items. They were priced well but I was concerned when he insisted on testing one but said I shouldn't worry. I should have listened to my gut because the toy lasted half of a session with my wife and never worked again. I threw out my receipt so nothing I could really do but I know better next time. Hopefully it doesn't happen very often and they choose their supplies as well as their employees.

Me and my wife went to the southdale store in London very rude staff telling my wife she has to leave her purse at front with her we dont no her or trust her with my wifes purse that had all her money and ID in it my lady was being very rude so my wife put her purse in our car then the lady was falling us around the store we were very uncomfortable with the way she was treating us so we just left and didnt buy anything because of her. She was so rude we dont think we will be going back there ever

What a great shop.Yes they have a bag policy, i would rather leave my bag at the counter then at some places that follow you around and making you feel uncomfortable.Great selection of products and all the staff are very knowledgeable.Will be continuing to shop here.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Twice this location has sold me items that do not do what they are supposed too. The second item I bought did not work right out of the package. They sold me a one time use item that does not say ANYWHERE on it that it is a one time use item, I did not even get the one use. When I called to ask if I could exchange it for a different item the lady that answered jumped immediately to yelling at me when I told her that it says no where on the packaging or item that it is a one time use product and that it'd prefer to exchange the product for something else of the same value. She immediately jumped to berating and yelling, I asked her name so that I could talk to the manager, she went silent and hung up on me.

When I go for a ride in my new jeep I always stop by here and grab a but plug and put it in while i drive around. 5 stars for customer service and prices
