Where do we begin with Kayan! From total stranger to our realtor to now a really good friend! Kayan went above and beyond with our housing transaction. The moment he walked into our house he knew exactly what needed to be done to make sure we made maximum profit. He definitely comes off as an aggressive agent, but is actually very accommodating and made sure all decisions were solely made by us. We had many disagreements and arguments but of course all healthy, and in the best interest of his clients. One thing we admired about Kayan was his attention to detail, let it be with houses, or with our budget, he always made sure we were comfortable. There was never a moment where he forced us or stepped out of line and called the shots. Kayan always made sure to weigh in the pros and cons of each house we went to see. Kayan is absolutely amazing. My partner and I were able to find our perfect condo with his help. As first time home buyers, things can get a little complicated, but Kayan was always there to help us navigate the paper work and advise us as to what the next best steps are (legal, mortgages etc). He definitely wants the best for his clients and really takes time with his showings. He lays out the pros and cons of the property well and make sure as his clients we make well informed decisions.
