Our experience with Kim Campbell, the onsite manager for CLV group was outstanding. She is very knowledgeable, patient, puts puts efforts to understands client requirement and provides options for her clients to make an informed decision. Kim is positive in her approach and always has a human factor in the way she deals with people. She made us feel extremely comfortable and understood our situation and provided options accordingly. She went that extra mile to make sure she help us without leaving any stone unturned, she made all efforts to check with her leadership team on various requests from us that she could not handle or did not have access to at her end and always came back with a solution. Kim is an awesome person too and deserves recognition for her work, she has skin in the game and knows her business well.
