I wouldn't buy from this company again... also if anyone lives near one and think they seem to block other cell services near them I would like to hear about that cuz it seems to be like that where I am

Great service and wonderful deals!

I've been with Mornington for over two years with internet and just recently with cell service. I have experienced nothing short of awesome customer service. Whenever there is an outage (rural) we always get notified and they are quick to fix any problems. They have a local office and I always get to talk to a real person. They genuinely care about the service you receive. I have had 5 different providers in my life and Mornington goes above and beyond for their customers. The cell service has been great and their black friday deals were very competitive!! We dealt with Natasha at the Drayton office, professional and courteous and again the customer service was above and beyond!

I used to be a big fan of this company until I called and was spoken to by a customer care agent - her attitude & tone was very unprofessional. Frankly she made me feel really stupid.It was like I was speaking to a girl in high school there was so much attitude.I will no longer be recommending this company after this incident. I work in customer service and I know this is not how you treat customers let alone fellow human beings in general.

Highly recommended compared to the top 3 providers they should be in first position as they reach out and make sure the services are working correctly. Thank you
