My 2013 BMW X3 had been having a squeaking sound on its right rear wheel which I was told by Pfaff BMW that it was a brake problem. I had my brakes changed in less than 10K kilometres mileage and the squeaking sound came back not even a month post brakes replacement.I took it back to them and was told the squeaking is caused by the material BMW use as per government’s recommendation and that the noise will go away when it gets warmed up. But the noise never went away, I had no choice and continued to drive my car with the shameful noise. I was due for oil change at 10K and so again I mentioned that the noise from the right rear wheel never went away and they again recommended I change the brakes so it was changed again but sadly the noise again came back. My disappointment made me searched for a mechanic who could help me find out what’s causing the noise and hopefully will get it fixed. After reading good reviews, I took my car to Oakville Imports Auto Center. Carlos found out that my right rear breaks were grooved which he thought was the cause of the squeaking sound and so I had it replaced. The noise came back and so I took it back to Carlos and that time he got in the car to first hand hear the noise I was describing to him and he said leave the car to him. He called me to pick up the car after 2 days and we test drove the car and the noise was gone. Carlos fixed the noise and whatever he did ,it’s been months the noise never came back. I am very grateful and very satisfied with the work he did. He is truly a car doctor who painstakingly diagnose the car problem and implements the needed treatment.
