For my work I deal with a great deal of town offices and government administration. I can say with no hyperbole that this might be the most insufferable office I've been to. After waiting for the women at the office to finish their personal conversations with customers, you are then provided with blank stares and confusion when you ask about anything relating to government services. We no long use this office when possible, and rely mostly on calling SNB where they are able to provide us with accurate guidance. Do yourself a favor and see if you can get what you need without going to this office.
